2 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp soya sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin

2 lb (1 kg) chicken wing pieces and drumettes
3 tbsp honey
lime wedges for serving
Instructions
Combine the mustard, soya sauce, garlic, ginger, chili powder, cumin, pepper and chicken in a large non-reactive bowl or a large resealable plastic bag.
Cover or seal and place in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Grease a wire rack and place it on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the chicken in a single layer on the prepared wire rack.
Cook in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Brush the wings with honey and cook for a further 10 minutes or until tender.
Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
Make ahead: The wings are best marinated a day ahead for maximum flavor.
