Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp finely grated ginger
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- 12 bone in chicken thighs
Instructions
- Grease a wire rack and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
- Combine the soy sauce, ginger, syrup and mustard in a small bowl and set aside.
- Place the chicken in a single layer on the prepared rack.
- Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Brush with soy sauce mixture and cook a further 20 to 30 minutes, brushing with the soy sauce mixture during cooking until the chicken is tender.
