This makes enough glaze for about 1¼ lb (625 g) chicken.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Stir over medium low heat for about 3 minutes or until melted.
- Brush over the chicken during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Make Ahead: This is best made just before using.
