Peanut Butter & Jelly Wings
Your childhood favourite, all grown up!
  • 1 jar peanut sauce
  • 1½ cup raspberry Jalapeño sauce
  • 3 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • salt and pepper
  1. Heat oven to 355°F.
  2. Clean chicken wings and dry with paper towel. Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper.
  3. Place wings on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Remove wings and place on paper towels to remove excess grease. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Place wings in a large bowl and raise the oven temperature to 425°F.
  6. Toss warm wings with 1 jar of peanut sauce and garlic until wings are covered.
  7. Place wings back on baking sheet and return them to the oven for 15 minutes or until they are slightly caramelized.
  8. Put 1.5 cups of raspberry Jalapeño sauce into a bowl and warm for 20 seconds.
  9. Drizzle sauce over the wings, add extra sauce to a bowl for dipping.
  10. Serve with lots of napkins!
