Serve with roasted, grilled or pan fried chicken. The sauce makes enough to serve 4 to 6 people.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup cranberry jelly
- ½ cup dry white wine
- ⅔ cup chicken broth
- 1 rosemary sprig
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Combine jelly, wine, broth, rosemary and salt and pepper in a medium saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until the jelly has melted.
- Let simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Combine the cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
- Stir into the cranberry jelly mixture.
- Stir until thickened slightly.
- Whisk in butter and stir until melted.

Make Ahead: This sauce is best made just before serving.
